• Delivery time: typically 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — quickly.

Refunds
